Getting Started
Or perhaps a better title would be: Getting Started, Again. Maybe even Reinvention.
If you’re anything like me — or the countless creative and entrepreneurial souls I’ve connected with over the past decade or two — you’re probably searching for that fresh way forward. A new way to work, to live, in this whirlwind of digital noise, where content pops and fizzes, only to fade just as quickly, leaving us feeling emptier and more disconnected.
If you’re here, you’ve found your people.
This journey is about rediscovering our voices in a world that often drowns them out. It’s about forging a deeper connection with those who crave meaning and authenticity, and who refuse to settle for anything less. Together, we’ll build something that not only inspires but also empowers us to create content and ideas that truly matter.
This is a space for anyone who wants to embark on this creative exploration with me — a path to discovering who we are and what we’re capable of. Let’s inspire each other. Let’s build community.
THE GOODS (about me)
I’m the son of a builder. This is where I learned my work ethic. I watched my dad swing a hammer from as early as I can remember, and he was great at it (still is). The even greater takeaway was watching how he interacted with his crew. He had their respect and treated them the same. You get a team to follow your lead by being proficient, having more to give than you take from them, and remembering that we are all humans working together. I anchor myself in these principles on every project I work on.
I’m also the son of an artist and spiritual teacher. My mother’s home was a sanctuary of artifacts in perfect order. She specialized in making life beautiful and delicious, where the ordinary transformed into the extraordinary. She showed me that the world is filled with magic, teaching me the importance of artistic craft and seeing beyond the surface. Her spiritual teachings were equally profound; through meditation and mindfulness, she instilled in me a sense of purpose and connection to something greater than myself. At the core of her lessons was one fundamental truth: love. Love for our work, love for each other, and love for the journey of life itself.
Balancing these dual influences, I’ve strived to blend the tangible with the intangible, the masculine with the feminine. My father’s practical skills and leadership principles intertwined with my mother’s creative vision and spiritual wisdom have shaped me into who I am today. I carry their teachings forward, not just in my professional life but also in my personal life, as I raise my two children alongside my wife. She is my partner in every sense, embodying these shared principles and pushing me to grow and create.
My professional journey started with directing and writing for film, and has led me to branding, advertising, and business consultation and development. I’ve worked with countless companies and business leaders, and am more excited than ever to make work that we are all proud to be a part of.
